Introduction

Hinoki Village used to be the dormitory section of the Chiayi Forest Area under the Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency, Taiwan Soutokufu. Forestry is the most prominent industry of Chiayi, with the forestry dormitories as the witness of the historical meaning of forestry culture and the development of Chiayi.

Service Hours	Forest Song is open all day. Chiayi Timber Factory will be temporarily closed from December 30, 2024 due to facility and landscape improvement projects. The opening hours of Hinoki Forest Village are: 10:00-18:00. The Song of the Forest is open all day. Chiayi Lumber Factory will be closed from December 30, 2024 due to facility and landscape improvement projects. Hinoki Forest Village is open from 10:00 to 18:00 daily. Mianyuelu is under interior renovation and will be closed from January 21, 2025.
