Beidelaman Trail

Ptlaman (Beidelaman) is the traditional hunting ground considered by Atayal people as the Holy Land. The giant trees there are the ones growing at the lowest altitude found in Taiwan. The diverse plants nurture a larger variety of animals. Flying squirrels are commonly seen in the broadleaf forest and have become an important element in development of ecological tours. Along the trail, there are also other attractions, such as the Echo Valley, small waterfalls, and so on.
