Malaolou Trail

The Malaolou Trail was originally a path taken by the local residents to fetch water. Walking up the creek, one can reach the bottom of the Rainbow Waterfall. As the trail is an important access to the source of water for Chenggong Town, the most natural techniques and materials were applied when the trail was rebuilt. The gradient difference is rather large as the trail runs though mountains and forests, over huge rocks, through mountain caves and across creeks and streams. Visitors can experience the pleasure of going up the creek and taking a forest bath at the same time. The entire journey in the nature landscape and peaceful green forests gives one the feeling of being far away from the material world.
