Longlinshan Trail

The Tainan Longlinshan Trail used to be called Tongtoushan Trail. Located in the Wu Mountains near the eastern boundary of Tainan City, it is the border between Nanhua District in Tainan City and Neimen District in Kaohsiung City. The trail is part of the Wushan Trail and measures 2.3km in length. It circles up the mountain and meanders along the ridgeline. The large rocks on the ridgeline look like one after another piece of scale on a dragon clinging onto the ridge; therefore, it was named Longlin (dragon scale) Mountain Trail. It is challenging and also fun to hike on the trail.
