Erwanping Trail

The Erwanping Trail runs through lush green forests. Soaring Japanese cedar trees tower over it and the trail is therefore referred to as the “Black Forest Trail.” There are two monuments erected along the trail to commemorate the engineers who died in the line of duty when the Alishan Forest Railway was constructed.
