4. Supervision, implementation and assessment of the planning and development, operational management, curriculum development, and public outreach and promotion of nature education centers and ecological education centers.
5. Implementation and assessment of facility and rail related engineering works at forest recreation sites, and promotion of eco-friendly mechanisms.
6. Review, supervision and implementation of operational management and traffic safety of rail facilities at forest recreation sites.
7. Supervision, implementation and assessment of the planning and development, operational management, and collaborative promotion of natural trails.
