  1. The performance evaluation, rewards and punishment, training, advanced studies, work, compensation, etc. of the staff members of the bureau and its subordinate offices.
  2. Staff attendance management.
  3. Art and recreation activities for staff members.
  4. Civil servant insurance and national health insurance.
  5. Personnel data management.
  6. The performance appraisal, retirement benefits, death benefits and severance of the bureau’s civil servant and technical workers.
  7. Annual appraisal of contract employees.
